...and this is why you don't listen to AMD customers talking about JHM!

  1. Agree there is little value in absolute results on the dyno.

  2. Assuming that the user/operator is being scientific (e.g., no agenda to bias the results), properly limits sources of variation, and isolates the variables being tested, dyno before/after relative differences are fun. Takes a lot of work, though…

I do plan to complement my current data with track numbers. There is a race and show in Sacramento on June 22nd. If my clutch is broken in by then, I’ll try to make it. Denis (yellow JHM stage 1) will run his car also and would be an interesting comparison. I’ll definitely do logs there. He’ll also have a chance to drive my car next week when I get back up to the SF Bay Area and could give some qualitative feedback.

There is are public events in LA area that will make if I can’t do Sacramento (just moved to LA last week).

I’ll try to reduce any source of variance and note all parameters so other’s can look at the data themselves to make independent conclusions.

I agree, it does take a lot of work. I like data and multiple sources is helpful.

Yes it will be really interesting to see how you fare against Denis car, which you know to be running about 5 mph trap speed and 40-50 whp weaker than the other half dozen JHM stage 1 cars tested. Great choice. Jason probably has the video recorder all cued up. Dont want to race Marcus who went 11.6 @ 120 with jhm stage 1?

Also funny to want to compare the 16-17 PSI AMDVIVAGMG full money kit to the entry level 6 PSI JHM kit. Noticed you aren’t gunning for the JHM 8 PSI intercooled kit. Wonder whydo the want to race Dan or rocket man who went 10.9-11.1 @ 126-128?

Tell you what, just go and run better than 10.9 on pump gas and then we will start talking. Until then, enjoy owning the third place kit, from the last place company.

PS I want you to understand: everyone on this site knows you’re a troll, and your integrity is for shit. Nothing you say carries merit after you signed up under a troll account, then got owned for talking shit about marcus’ car and JHM, resulting in you running away with your tail between your legs. Don’t try to claim your comments are taken out of context. Your context is clearly for shit disturbing purposes only. Your comments were taken exactly for what they were, just as your comments about Marcus’ car were.

I’d like to try and consider most members honest. However the AMD MO. of the last two supercharger owners was to try and look impartial when quickly it was exposed they weren’t. That in itself was dishonest. This case is more of the same. I felt there was a chance tridoctor was genuine in his interest between the two cars till you factor tridoctor is running a kit with 10 psi more and on top of that we all already know how each kit stacks up.

Denis and I are friends. He wants to drive and experience my car. Any comparison between two friends - one has a stage 1 kit and the other a stage 2. It’s not a direct comparison - to think otherwise ridiculous. He asked if I was going to the track and I may. When he had is supercharger first put on, he let me drive it to compare to my non sc car. Why get angry when two friends are sharing car experiences and results?

If Dan or Marcus is able to go, great. Id be happy to share my data etc. if they want to drive my car, sure why not. Dan let me drive his and I appreciate his feedback.

Angry? I don’t see anger. What it appears to be is either a nieve or undereducated individual. It appears everyone but you seems to know the data the results and how the corresponding cars stack up.

Lmaoooooooo

Welcome AMD troll, how about an intro thread instead of straight to trolling.

Have you been to the dragstrip in that AMD tuned A4 yet? I sure hope it’s faster than another 3-letter companies stock turbo car.

I didn’t even know AMD tuned anything…weird they don’t tune their own supercharger kit

Hi there nutswinger, my name is Martin… I’m from Detroit, would you like to run your dump?

I think it’s funny that he wrote his giant bs modlist, as if anyone gives a fuck about a 15 year old a4.

The JHM crank is best. Notice that nobody from JHM, or their customers, give a flying fuck about amdvivagmg yet the 5 amdvivagmg customers seem to obsess over JHM… and now a new low, they’re obsessing over JHM customers??

Wow just when you thought the pool of AMD customers didn’t get any lower. Nice two posts and negative karma already. Not surprised.

I think I remember some faggot Martin kid, is this him? Challenging me to an internet race perhaps? I’m not going to make a trip to detroit to run anything without a timeslip.

I say who I am and where I am from unlike people in this forum hiding behind a username. I for one am not a fanboy of anyone or any company, I just think it’s hilarious a group of GROWN men talk shit about others trying to make a living because they’re scared of competition.

Negative karma omg I’m so hurt, go suck eachothers dicks.

Yeah you like my mod list? I’m sure you and everyone else is scared to line up to this 13 year old car that books got 2 grand, that’s why you want a timeslip. Fuck off, get in line, and keep hiding behind your keyboard.

Sooooo no quarter mile slip will be coming from you?

Why so I can hear retarded comments like…

-Oh you’re on Q16 and not pump gas
-You cheated you’re gutted
-You have slicks
-You have a built motor, do it on stock motor pussy
-Your spark plugs are gapped at .035 so your time isn’t valid

If I post dyno numbers I will hear…

-Lmao at your TQ (even though it makes more TQ than your HP)
-That mustang dyno must read hide
-That’s not fair you’re freezing your intercooler for lower IAT’s
-You must be hiding nitrous somewhere

Seriously don’t worry about my times and slips, if I want people to know I’ll post it up.

So in a loose loose case as described above, one should rely on homophobic comments as an evasive maneuver… ::slight_smile:

Wait, someone talked shit about my car??? WTF!! I am not even there to drive my shit!! Haha… :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s ironic that you joined this forum to comment in an AMD thread, but your not an AMD fanboy.

Competition is a GREAT thing, but AMD isn’t even playing the same game as JHM…so there goes that one.

I asked for some time slips because so figured the probability of you showing us one was less than 1%. I know a guy you can hang out with in Detroit named Adam that also dodges drag strips and talk mad shit bro.

Telling us your from Detroit is pointless, if you want to be a bad ass then post a picture your phone number and address.

…and lastly, we aren’t worried, if you don’t post SHIT…it just shows how big of a homophobic bitch you are and you won’t last long here.

Hey Marcus - this is Gary (Denis’ friend in the bay), I’m the apparent “troll” who is “talking shit”. This came from the post on 034’s dyno with Denis’ results. In that thread someone asked when was going on with his car. I created an account to jump in since he’s told me what’s going on. At the time, I was in the planning of sc’ing my car, I drove
Denis’ and Dan’s stage two @ JHM. I also looked at your car. I made a comment in the post if any issues arise, it’s when you have chance to drive your car extensively upon returning. This was based on Denis encountering problems his car (tuning, mechanical, etc) as well as other early adopter of the APR and AMD/Aviva kit. I even commented that JHM would take care of their customers as they have with Denis.

Here’s some screen shots of what I said:

Me trying to explaining:

Some how I became a Ebwerks fan boy just because I have the exhaust. Denis and I have the same exhaust. I’m not evening trying to promote it at all.

That thread got out of hand with Saki and a few people doing some character bashing of me. With two comments - (1) about Denis’ car because of me personal relationship and knowledge of what’s going on; and (2) worry that issues could arise as your drive your car, combined with the fact I opted to go with another kit, I get targeted as a troll.

I started my install thread on AZ, made a suggestion to a member to buy a more aggressive tune like JHM, then this tread was started by Saki to bash me. Whatever animosity Saki and others have toward AMD has been directed at me with personal attacks, misinformation, and twisting of words.

It appears even mentioning going to run my car at a track with Denis means I’m gunning for him and want to defame JHM. Crazy how it got switched all around. It’s only two friends with different setups going to the track.

I never said anything derogatory regarding JHM, you, Denis or anyone. I refrained further commenting in that 034 thread because it only seemed to ensue more negative comments. Not worth it. I jumped in this thread to point out the misquote and I still get bashed. Crazy. Saki brings in Dan and your car into the conversation, and to say I’m saying negative things about you, which isn’t even the case.

That is what the “shit talking” is about, but in fact only me having been worried about pitfalls of modifying cars. There were hiccups that presented through my install. I was present and helped, so I know about them. Ben and Meem with the injector issue, Per with his oil…all coming to light as the process went along. I’m logging data and addressing issues as they come up.

I’m going to document data only car - vag, dynos, 1/4 mi, vids, etc. - and share that information. I welcome others to do the same and we can compare results.

There are three sc choices people have for our cars. Why not put out as much information for people, so those interested can make their own decision. We can do data logs for your car too. See if everything is working perfectly.

When you’re back, you, me, Denis, and meem should go drive around and show off our chargers, regardless of brand.

Btw, you’re more than welcome to test drive my car when you get back. Denis is taking my car for a spin Tuesday when I get back to the bay. I just moved LA but get back to the bay because of family.
