B7 RS4 Bucket/Euro seats - Do they allow you to sit lower than regular seats?

Nice. I’d love an oem rs4 wheel if we could make the controls for the radio not the gay lap timer.

IE up down volume one side and up down station / song on the other.

The rs4 wheel looks amazing. Way better than the tt variants or even any of the new ones. Kills them

To be perfectly frank, ANY wheel with a round airbag looks better than the stock atrocity.

I personally don’t care about the MFSW airbag thing. Weird, I have seen like 3 or 4 people complain about that. All engineers. Wonder why that is? You guys must see something the rest of us don’t.

I think it’s neat that they have an homage to the Audi grille shape on the stock MFSW airbag cover.

p.s. the round airbag makes me think of a clown face with a big nose. Like the Conklin shows logo…

The shape bothered me every time I drove the car. Never was able to put my finger on why, just an aesthetic mismatch to me. So I replaced it with a wheel that appealed to me. No big deal.

If you like the stock wheel, more power to you. I should probably sell the stock wheel to someone with your taste.

But nothing is worst than this:

I don’t like the stock wheel, or dislike it.

I think the RS4 FBSW wheel is by far the best looking wheel. Unfortunately for me I’m not going to give up clicking into the phone address book and accessing voice commands, radio volume control, song changing control so it is out. The buttons on the RS4 FBSW are completely useless.

did anyone measure the headroom delta (if any) between comfort and sport? Kiwi was good enough to post up his Sport seat numbers. Anyone measure comfort? I keep forgetting to.

Did you measure at an incline, or perpendicular to the ground?

Data point: ~37" from the seat base, straight up to the roof through the centerline of the seat:
