I decided to grab a quick video of the development so far.
We’re looking at over 510 AWHP and 480 AWFT-LBS on our dynapack hub dyno.
For comparison sake, I added in 6 runs stock, carbon cleaned, captured in nice and cold February. Next up are 3 runs from the APR Stage 3 TVS1320 collected a month later and finally one of the pulls from just before lunch today.
I think what’s interesting is the clear jump in torque over the other charger. It’s massive. For example, at 4000 RPM stock was around 260 ft-lbs, TVS1320 was 350 ft-lbs and the new TVS1740 was up around 486 ft-lbs. That’s fun. We’re also crossing 500 AWHP by what looks like roughly 6000 RPM with plenty to go towards redline.
Keep in mind, this is just development stuff, so don’t hold us to the numbers. I assume they could go up or down. Engineering will spend time working on the calibration to make it nice and smooth just like the TVS1320.
