In theory that is possible. But there are none in the US. Dealers have the RS5 parts but even that is a slight PITA because you have to overnight stuff from the east coast.
I did the RS5 conversion in the rear. The rotors were $1100, the bearings were $300, and the hubs were $600. You have to replace the hubs with RS5 hubs, which are 4.9mm wider than OE. To match the track I put H&R 5mm spacers on the front axle. When you pull the hubs off you usually damage the bearings, which is why those also must be replaced.
The OEM rotors in the rear are 17 pounds; RS5 are 13 pounds; the JHM were 11 pounds.
Now that you pointed that out it does look nice. That is a lot of money but it looks well spent. I have to admit you must have really been putting the brakes to a test I haven’t done my front rotors any damage after several years of hard driving if you took out the rears you must seriously do some incredible aggressive driving at the track. I’m sure your not going to be able to tell much of a difference on the street but have you been able to feel a difference.
I’ve got 3 track weekends scheduled in Jan, Mar and May at the instructor level. I’m going to beat the hell out of this new setup. Even splurged on Castrol SRF at $120 for 2 liters.
