Here is an order Ben placed to EBWerks back in August. Knowing that he is a thief. I cancelled the order. First, i know almost all his prior emails, and that is not one of them. I also know he does not live in Sunnyvale-I recognize that address and that is Ben’s mentor in theft. No way in heck was I’m going to ship something to two thief’s.
Second, Enterprise BTS(Ben Timophy Steigerwald) ? I thought about in person cash transaction, but 'm not sure if his cash would be real.

I don’t think you care, nor do I want you care for me or Ben. But for the community of Audizine, you should care as a moderator. The fact that he is a liar and thief. Does NOT disclose parts are broken, ships them, states they got broken in transit, pockets their money and insurance money ? Be a wiseguy.

Like another member stated here, I’m tired of him trashing my name when I’m not the one getting prosecuted by the DA. If i do have a pending legal case against him, that is nothing of concern to this forum as it does not affect this community. However, it does affect this community that he is not a person to be trusted.

Ben is so screwed up in the head- he got into a car accident- a part is not damaged, he damages(slightly so its still repairable), claims it on insurance under the accident. Does not get it replaced under his collision warranty put pockets the money, goes to the Audi dealer, ask for item to get replaced as it is “broken” under warranty- ask for the old item back, and sells it on Audize(a very high dollar item). That is the type of person you have on this forum. Best of luck to this community if that’s the type of person you want here.

To the OP I already gave you my suggestion if you are going titanium. Use a lot of flex joints. Go for the thicker sidewall tubing as possible.

That said, only working strictly Porsche now. I have some audi stuff left over but my passion, my cars, my friends, all of us track and drive Porsche’s so that is what i’m sticking to. EBwerks is one of my several hobby’s, not my job.

As for quality, people who have seen my exhaust for the Porsche - well they say its the best for the turbos’ / gt2’s. It is well recognized as a race exhaust in the Porsche community. The audi exhaust, some that owned it- and have had other exhaust compare it to some of the most expensive exhaust.

That said if you are still in questioning, go for the JHM, Dan is a good person - stands behind his products as well.

Thinkpad I jist got done reading all of this…thabks for spilling the beans on ben he has been shown to be a fake but he atracks others that jave caught or called him out…ben seems to have a pile of lies so tall he forgets them all…ben seemed to be on a constant diet of making up stuff about jhm did you ever get his thoughts or see anything from him on that…

Yes and I can elaborate a before he “sends a NDA”( to stop uncovering who he really is) that he stated on Monday Jan 20th 2014, after reading what i’m spilling the beans about him, that he would have it ready by Weds Jan 22nd 2014. Knowing classic Ben, he states one thing and never follows through on deadlines, no surprise.

Anyways, it all started with my Porsche, and focusing on track stuff. He came to me at first and said there is a market for a RS4 exhaust, he told me there was a company that wanted to make them but they have no delivered for years. He told me a lot of RS4 guys track, and he wanted to get into tracking. When we started, i told him he needs to leave the pass behind and stop being inmature on forums. People hate him and it is because he is cocky, egocentric, sarcastic - and over all and ass how he is on the internet. Shockingly in person, he can’t look at you face to face and tell you what he really thinks, he can only type it out behind a screen. Anyways, we moved forward.

I have a great reputation on the Porsche forums. I’m well known so i focused on that. I don’t own an Audi but i did not know to the extend of who Ben was / how big of an ass he is on the internet and his quest against JHM. When i found out i told him to knock it off MANY times. MANY MANY times early May of 2012. I told him also to stop talking to Mick about our projects and giving him information. I don’t know Mick. I spoke to Mick twice on the phone and i told him to please stop talking about my company or products after some Porsche customers who own audi’s told me the havoc he was creating in the audi world along with Ben and how bad of a reputation he has.

Little by little things unfolded. People telling me about the mess he/mick was / is involving my company with, mixed with his missed deadlines on projects i made him in-charged of(like his NDA that i was suppose to get today), being involve in shady things, ranting about JHM. I have customers wire me funds straight to my account without a question or knowing what they are buying, that is the trust i have developed in the Porsche community.

He claims our partnership lasted over 1.5 year in some post i read- about him working for that long without getting paid. First, him and i only worked together officially for 8 months, I also offered to pay him on salary to motivate him, he rejected the offer - he stated he rather i used the money and invested on the business. When fired he also walked out with $, just about 2 exhaust for the RS4 along with other other misc items.

Given your reputation, as you put it, in the Porsche world, I’m just curious as to why you would do business with an immature kid like that. Seems strange.

At first, i thought it was being blown out of proportion. I only new of Ben a few months prior…as i got to know him better i realized he was much worse then what is posted here. I avoided posting about it as that is the mature thing to do- but he has kept on his quest and it is just getting beyond out out of control. I have had few Audi customers i have had the pleasure dealing with. They are very happy with the product, and most important the customer service i provide.

It’s funny, I offered Dan and Jason from JHM money to NOT sell mick any parts for the same reasons. I saw what an absolute cancerous tumour he was early on before most. Too bad they didn’t take me up on it.

Ben & Mick are not children and i should not be wasting my time monitoring. They are grown up men.
I have far more important things to do then be their dad on the internet forums. I’m most disappointed with Ben as "he was " my business partner and i made it very clear to him several times to 1) stop talking about jhm 2) stop telling Mick about our products. 3) focus in becoming a better person as this is an opportunity for him of a life time.

Mick foremost was a customer who was excited about products he was getting but he should have respected my wishes when i told him not post until a product is available- and i asked him not to make a review as people will see it as bias … Unfortunately, like Dan and I talked about and both of us agree that, the one who lost the most is the RS4 community. Dan and i agree that friendly competition is always good as it pushes each company to provide better products and gives the end user a variety of options. Simple as that. Ebwerks clearly knew JHM makes a great product hence we pushed the envelope to make a great product our self’s.

That said, per usual - Ben never meet’s deadlines. No NDA :slight_smile: , people never change :slight_smile:
