Intake spring broke causing the valve to stay open which resulted in the low pressure which caused the misfires.

Yup. I’m not to concerned at this point. Warranty will cover the cost of repair and now that they know the cause and have the replacement part I should get the car back today or tomorrow.

I’m sure I’ll always miss the S to a certain degree. I’m still in the honeymoon stages with the M though! You know what they say “absence makes the heart grow fonder” or something… ;D

the in cabin sound of an M3 at high revs is pretty incredible. Should help you forget the S4 pretty quickly.

Salmon…I’m up for it, but pretty sure I won’t be able to hang with the 997 or the evo…i was going to throw on KW V3s this winter, but i think now I need a power adder lol…

I’m good to go anytime, as always.

Still waiting for a definite answer but currently they are saying cycle 5 has low compression causing misfire. >:(

that’s pretty crazy. New car right? NO biggie. Hopefully not tuned or anything. Warranty should make it go away.
