Nope, he was from Toronto. He backed out last minute cuz he found a local RS4 for a similar price that he’s going to look at. Then he went on to say he’d give me $4k less than our previously agreed upon price. Are you kidding me?! :

I wonder if he’s looking at the car at The Car Lounge. That place is fucking shady. Have a look at it on autotrader…a normal mileage 2008 Ti package Daytona Grey car for $41,995. The fucking exhaust tip is all crushed on the one side lol.
I can’t seem to find the one you are referring to on Autotrader or on the Car Lounge website. He did say the car was at a dealer though.
looks like it sold. Was an amazing price, but they claimed no accidents…that someone backed over something denting the spare wheel well (even though the RS4 has no spare lol).
Then when I looked at the photos, the left exhaust tip was badly bent from the top. Pretty odd.
A local guy bought a B5 from there about 5 years ago, and they said it had no accidents, great shape etc. After 6 months the left rear panel started cracking. It was all bondo.

I guess it was from an Audi dealer not The Car Lounge. Either way, getting a local buyer would be best. Ontario guys try to grind down my price too much.

I dunno, given national pricing for RS4s on trader.ca this would seem like a decent deal. There are several with more kms asking more than this.

karsty’s car is nice low kms. It has basically 40,000 miles which is nothing.
that red car is a joke. The supercharger kit is a NEGATIVE not a positive. The wheels are ghetto fabulous and all around I wouldn’t even consider that car. Would you let PES, arguably the worst tuner in the Audi world, touch your car? Because that’s whose tune was on that car with the supercharger kit.
Also that supercharger kit is only able to flow enough air to support the production of about 430-450 horsepower…on a car that makes 420 hp bone stock.
Fastest PES RS4 quartermile time was 12.65 @ 110.8
There’s a GIAC tuned car with no mods and stock exhaust other than an ECS h-pipe midsection (sound only) that ran 12.56 @ 110.3
Hell my bone stock RS4 ran 12.75 @ 108.3. So the $15,000 supercharger kit gives you 1 tenth, 2 mph over stock…and uses a tune written by a bunch of monkeys who haven’t a clue what they’re doing to do so.
Makes Karsty’s car look pretty good if you ask me!

I think that’s what DuncanC ran in his B7 S4 with Milltek catless/Fast Intentions and JHM 93 tune (at altitude in Edmonton somewhere).
