I did a highway pull from about 80-125 mph with a stock 335i last weekend. I started about 300 feet behind him and closed the gap like it was nothing once the manifold kicked in. Definitely a great mod to have.
Good for 13-20 whp, depending on your modlist of course, if you believe the dynos. That’s significant.
everyone. I don’t think anyone doesn’t get the JHM LWFW when they get the clutch. It frees up about 13 lbs of rotating mass. Not a crazy amount more money either, and the old B6 S4 flywheel was so shit (some of them had a propensity to fail, seperated causing vibrations and potential bellhousing damage), you can’t wait to get it out of there as it is.

nice! i remember getting my intake manifold, definitely one of my favorite mods because it really rounded up the setup so well. get headers next and youll shit your pants

lol…well the headers will come with the supercharger…hopefully in the next 6 to 12 mths.

Well stock IM is off, but it’s time for bed! It was so easy to take it off this time, it took me maybe 30 minutes. Got everything swapped to my new manifold, so I should have everything buttoned up by tomorrow afternoon.
I’m pumped, I’ll post up some pics when I’m done.
