From that screenshot, the most disturbing is the last statement. They want to send a smaller pulley to “see” what gains they can get? Almost sounds like they’re unsure themselves and they’re just using their customer as a guinea pig. Maybe he didn’t use the correct words but it’s somewhat frightening if that’s what’s occurring.

What am I missing for the lolz in that thread? Viewing on my phone and it’s a terrible format only showing 2-3 characters at a time on the right side, so not sure if that’s the issue.
