Motor Swap is the standard motor on these cars these days. Hard to find one original. Same goes for E30

I love how the U.S. bumpers add about 16" to the overall length of the car…Euro bumpers may be a consideration…

Cool thing with the E28 is that it’s a few hundred pounds lighter than the E34 so even though the E34 has a 3.8liter version of the E28 engine it isn’t as quick I’ve heard
That’s actually what I’ve been seeing, they’re either mint or compete Junkers… I feel like I got real lucky with mine…

hey wait are the wheels the metric 415mm size? I think the first proper german sports car i drove was my dentist’s M6…must have been close to 25 years ago, and on a learner’s permit…had those funny michelin metric tires. wow memories.
