Metric vs Imerial system (follow up on the talk at the last meet)

What’s annoying is that in Canada, everything should be metric but half our stuff is still feet and inches and lbs and ounces due to our proximity to the USA. Very annoying. I feel like we’re on a fence.

If you’re American, then “meter” is spelled wrong.

Architectural working drawings along with the construction materials are all still in imperial units in Canada.

I have to say the metric measurements for engine power outputs mean nothing to me. 333 PS is easy as it’s so close to the equiv HP (329 hp) but 245 kW means nothing to me. Other than it’s equal to 163 of my electric loft heater!
