He was rocking some MONSTER wide wheels…19x10 Forgestars with 275 Hankook V12 tires which look like they’re 295. This wheel/tire combo actually weighs 54 lbs which is about 3-4 lbs HEAVIER per corner than stock. Get him some 23 lb HREP40 wheels on that thing and some 24 lb 275 PS2 or PSS tires (47 lbs per corner)and he’d maybe be shaving another tenth or so. Guess when Dan @ JHM goes back to regain his title with a 93 octane JHM tune, we’ll find out! (he ran 12.30 on the JHM 91 tune with 91 octane gas and has the same modlist but with lightweight Enkei wheels and Conti DW tires))

don’t forget to post this in the stickied quarter mile thread for a permanent record for everyone to see.

I think it’s great that a customer’s car has exceeded the standard set by a shop car. Means shit works, no tricks.

Shame there was no B5 or B6 as originally hoped, you would’ve had 10 years of Audis.

Great runs guys!

Fucking awesome runs. get some videos up asap.

Someone needs to post something in the B8 S4 forums on AZ…nose goes

Great runs guys!! 2000s4, congrats on the record!!

here is a vid!

George, that is huge, nice run man! Someone should let you borrow a set of track wheels/tires and swap on the LW rotors…I bet there is more than a tenth on the table with those additions.

Its exciting to see customers cars doing this. it really shows how great the parts are and how able 2000S4 is for driving. Its hard to dispute how fast this really is when you had a stock rs4 there the same day. this is actually a big deal if you ask me

great stuff guys great stuff

exactly. When Dan @ JHM (BRT-WORKS) dropped the 12.40 on everyone’s head a few months ago all the nay-sayers said ‘irrelevant as it’s a shop car’ etc. (As if they have some secrets they keep for their shop cars lol).

Good to see a customer’s car be even faster with LESS mods, showing it’s very doable. JHM’s B6 S4 (‘shop car’…Jay’s wife’s daily driver) ran 12.9 on to break into the 12s all motor for the first time for the platform…and cabracco did it a few months later (12.8 actually), shortly followed by jfunkey and myself. All three of us customers achieved the time with WAY less mods than the JHM shop car.

Exactly this is so few and far between now adays. Its seems its all Bullshit dyno junk and paper power. This is really great to see

If the S4 is Jay’s wife’s car, then what the heck is Jay’s daily?

lol love the video.

B5 S4 that wemt 11.1

Actually the b6 is down right now for motor build and stage 2/3 SC.his wife his a different daily now.

The b5 has rs6 turbos in it now (went 11.1 on kk04s) and they’re working on making some waves in b5 world with that car again.

Victory for the RS4. Im impressed with the collection of cars and the information that is able to be taken from all this.

No one can say that 12.2 isn’t impressive for a car 4.2L motor car with exhaust and a tune. clearly JHM has the formula.

George great job, seriously great job.

George and his trip to the top has been nothing sort of work. This is a great example of hard work and knowledge. George has been victim to the weak 3rd gear syncro that he had to fix, a mountain of carbon, importing the car into Canada dealing with lots of little issues that have resulted in him now having a car that runs better then the day it came from the factory and much better looking.

Also great job to Sakimano. There are lots of carbon free RS4’s that couldn’t even muster that time.

Boravr6 that is also a very strong time for not having seat time at the track. I remember when We ran a few times back it took you a few runs to hit your stride.

Strong all around run for everyone.

Very nice times! 12.28 is very impressive to say the least… Looking forward to more results from your car… later Ron

not bad for the ‘hard to mod’ RS4 beating the ‘easy to mod’ B8 S4

If you think about it its really the same mod for mod. Chip and exhaust.

Good to see the very well respect primetime giving a nice congrats

Prime I have to say great job to you as well.

how close is this? Dan @ JHM just ran 12.291 @ 111.2 at Sacramento Raceway Park 5 minutes ago.

He’s on a 91 octane JHM tune.
