hopefully he helps them clear the backlog…service levels have been suffering of late. They’ve been getting hammered on all of the forums
I’ve been watching jhm for 4 years or so and they seem to go in ebbs and flows. They suck at communication for a few months because they’re mega busy and just de-prioritize the forums…then they staff up, catch up and delight every one with their presence…then they get busy again…then they disappear, and everyone calls for their heads…then they catch up.
They’ve got a little bit of Dickie Greenleaf going…when they’re here, it feels like the sun shines on us. When they’re gone, it’s a cold dark and lonely place. Although I hope that doesn’t make us all Tom Ripley (a homosexual, identity stealing, psychopathic murderer).
