Hey guys - just wanted to introduce myself and say hi. Picked up a Spirit Blue RS4 just before Christmas… Before that I had the black 04 S4… (and before that a 640 rwhp turbo 94 mustang lol)…

Thank god your here. 617whp 306 long rod 302, T-trim, fox body. 5 years in the NMRA. We need more FORD blood. Good thing is there are plenty of parts for your RS4 that can make you not miss that mustang as much think JHM 8)
There’s more Ford blood here than you think…for many years when I’d come to town from school, I always knew where to find my bro, at the J+P shop, when the Silvas were still working together. Back then it was pretty much a social hangout for so many, then off to the street races at night. I watched some of the sickest mustangs go at it in St Thomas so often, back in the day.
But that’s been mostly replaced by web forums nowadays…

Hey thanks for the very warm welcome but you’re a touch off on my mods… 94 GT, 331 stroker, T76 cartech turbo, 640 rwhp… I was all over the Tweecer stuff years ago then sold the car…

Sorry for the confusion, those were the mods on my last mustang. I was posting in some whimsical fashion that apparently backfired like a old LT1 motor. Bad car humor is why I stay off the net.
You will love the RS4. With what is going on and the mods available you can mod your RS4 to give most 5.0L Coyote cars a run for there money.
Welcome! I’m a newb myself, although I’ve had my RS4 for a few years.
My first car was a '88 5.0 with more rust than I care to admit. Drove the thing from NY to Boston stopping every 15 minutes to let the car cool down and replace the coolant. Had fiberglass, duct tape, and hose clamps holding the exhaust together. Got into twEECer, MAF, rebuilt the engine, edelbrock, AFR, MSD, Crane, 30lb injectors, and learned a great deal along the way. Fun car to work on, nothing near the kind of performance you guys are talking about though.
The Audi is like black magic in a box to me. I’m afraid to open it in case I let the smoke out and the motor stops transducing the flux capacitor.
p.s. your car is Sprint Blue not Spirit Blue, and the older B5/B6 bright blue was Nogaro Blue not Nagano Blue. Forgot to mention that on Sunday.
