Non-dyno, non-¼ mi benchmarking?

Great to know about 93 upping my game a bit. I’ve just discovered that the regional convenience store Cumberland Farms sells 93, so looks like I’ll be switching from Mobil Super+ to Cumbies 93.

I’ll look into gutting the pre-cats once it warms up a bit around here.

I’ll fire up VCDS and see if I can see any evidence of a JHM tune .

Turns out I have Milltek downpipes (forgot to check the welded-on tags to see 100-cell or 200 cell), as well as some sort of JHM tune.

Now for some 93 octane, and another go.

@JimS4, I just went by the Mobil station, and it is 93 octane. Guess I’ll just continue with the Mobil Super+.

It looks like I got 7.8 sec with a full Milltek, including 200-cell Milltek downpipess, and a JHM tune. No codes in Vag-Com, but no telling how long since, or even if ever, a carbon clean.

I was on my snows, 245/40-18, but very similar circumference and weight, so I wouldn’t guess that would make a huge difference.

Time to try again, see if I get a consistent time.
