Wow… Is that MOFN ?
If you ever want to reshoot that, you can paint the car with a light source to expose it a bit better.
Dru at jhm showed me a good pic like yours he took with a long exposure, and while the shutter was open (20 seconds or something) he walked around shining light on the exposed parts of the car with his cell phone flash light app.
Not with him in shot, but just moving to shine on the whole exposed side of the car. It’s a good technique in a pinch.

Anyone near cities has too much light pollution here on earth to allow us to see that number of stars. Sure you can see the darkest ones, but you won’t see the full spectum unless you’re 100+ miles away from a city.
