Wheels look good…
But do you think you can handle having JHM parts? Your buddies may start attacking you because of the parts you chose.

Thanks guys!
Yeah Saki I ran a 285/30/19 when I bought Saif’s cast Rotiform SNA wheels, which got destroyed on NJ pothole filled roads. I want to at least have a 35 tire, I was actually even considering switching to 18" Volks at one point, but they got sold out from underneath me, and I ended up buying that second pair of forged Rotiforms (that you guys didn’t seem to fancy :D) … Needless to say I got rid of those wheels after having some rubbing issues, and ordered these AG wheels before tearing my fender liners to shreds. I am really happy with the choice. Got them with OEM TPMS and all, no lights, no fuss.
And Euro, we all know that not everyone on every forum approves of JHM parts, but I certainly do from my experience with them! Just waiting to get in a couple more freelance projects before I take the plunge and order their full exhaust system with downpipes, but it’s absolutely next on the list. The Milltek / XSpower setup I have right now is great, sounds fantastic (to me and have gotten many compliments) although it does drone and I have had this setup for a couple years now, time to step up to the big league 2.75" club 8)
With a good driver, what do you guys think my car should do with these modifications in a quarter mile? I just got carbon cleaned at 78k miles, just rolled over 80k now. Always use Shell 93 vPower and the tires are 255/35 Continental DWS. Let’s assume the car has the JHM 2.75" on it too, I know the Milltek is pretty restrictive…
Hard to say. Stock, if you drive it well but not in perfect condition and not excellent driving, should be 13.0@106.
Add tune and decat your stock downpipes and you’re looking at around 12.50@110 (milltek is basically a replica of the stock catback and 2.50 catless pongpipes are basically like stockers decatted)
Add some lightweight rotating parts and you’re at 12.40@111
Drive it really well maybe 12.3@112
These all assume a low da day in sunny conditions and a 1.85 or so launch and 3 decent shifts.
Throw in a 1.97 60’ and shift like grandma and you’re looking at 13.0@107 modified and 13.5@102 stock
Thanks guys!

Thanks for the info! So given that I’ve never been to the dragstrip, I’m looking at about a 14.5 ;D
I have a local guy that is interested in my current exhaust setup, so that should get me a decent chunk of change towards the JHM system. Car is still at the shop for the PSS9 install, also my rear driver door lock stopped working, so I’m having them look into that issue as well.
Otherwise 81k miles strong and no issues here! (bought it at 19,100)

It’s tough the first time to get 10/10ths, however if you can drive quickly and shift through the gears you should be fine.
It just exposes some bad driving habits like slow shifting and clutch slipping on gear changes.
Launch assist should take care of you. Just don’t hold on the limiter for too long. i.e. when it starts with FWAP FWAP FWAP just go. Half a second or less…GO!

Hmmm…I don’t know
Don’t know what?
I think it looks 100x better with the rims painted black. The silver just did not look right to me for some reason
Those are bronze I think
