just me and the mrs, it was part of my summer holiday. we drove from mine to the nurburgring then down in to switzerland then down through italy to the south of france then all the way back up again to amsterdam then home.
14 days and 3000+ miles, it was a joy to drive it in the rs4 it never missed a beat.
awesome driving holiday cant wait to do it again.

I also own a Suby… '05 STi that I took right off the truck 9 years ago. 400/400 to the wheels, and extraordinarily capable. It kills the RS 4 in every performance category.
The RS replaced the STi as my daily driver. What I really find ironic is how I get 15 mpg out of that car, and 10 to 12 out of the less powerful Audi.
The weight difference might have something to do with the mileage difference.
just go for something proven, or wait for something that is.
