The speed limit on the crest of the hill they were hit is 40 mph.
Jesus, a car is a 3,000 weapon and if you drive it like a sh1thead and kill 3 little kids, you should rot in jail, at a minimum.

I’ve seen this before - shattered windshield is from the mother’s head striking it. Don’t want to even think about the lower damage.
That poor 5 year old who’s left. The sh1thead that hit them should be made to work for the rest of his life and all income go to the survivor.

Thats just the issie…so far the only people that seem to be pushing the drag racing thing is the media. …from the trevon to this where they plant certain story lines that make us criminalize people when in fact its just a bad accident and all parts women and driver are just stupid
The guy hit a pol after swerving to miss them. So thats where some of the damage is from…
UPDATE: NBC Philadelphia reports that police say the crash was indeed caused by drag racing. Two men, Khusen Akhmedov, 23, and Ahmen Holloman, 30, were arrested last night. Both face four counts of homicide by vehicle, third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter and other charges.
I’m not surprised that the cops ended up filing charges. Despite the fact that the mother was being completely negligent, the fact that the drivers were engaging an illegal activity, street racing, which is actually quite loosely defined by the police, puts them at fault. For all we know, the kid in the S4 took off trying to look cool and the guy in the Honda tried to keep up, which is considered street racing whether or not the guy in the S4 was trying to necessarily race. From the looks of the crash, I would bet he was doubling the speed limit. Classic case of an irresponsible kid being handed things that he didn’t earn, didn’t deserve, and clearly wasn’t mature enough to handle.
My question is, how responsible do you think the parents are in this situation? I knew plenty of wealthy friends growing up that were mature about being born with a silver spoon in their mouth. I also knew plenty of people on the other side of the spectrum. In my experience, it seemed like a lot of it had to do with the parenting, or lack thereof. My friends with rich parents seemed to be on there own most of the time. The only difference between them and the underprivileged kids with dead beat parents that didn’t give a f*ck was, they had a credit card with unlimited spending, nice cars, and mansions with nobody to stop them from throwing parties. As a teen your ego can become pretty big with these life perks.
the parents of the S4 kid? From the sounds of things they’re in another country…and he is up for fraud charges. Read the part about the medicare fraud above? He’s no kid. Look at his fucking mugshot lol.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) – A man who allegedly struck and killed a Philadelphia woman and her three sons while drag racing in Philadelphia had been out on bail this year in a $3.6 million ambulance fraud case.
Khusen Akhmedov, 23, had also racked up four speeding tickets since 2009 and a charge of driving on a suspended license. He paid just a few hundred dollars to settle three of the speeding tickets, and was due in court on the other one next month.
Akhmedov, of Lancaster, now faces far more serious charges for allegedly mowing down 28-year-old Samara Banks and her boys late Tuesday as the family crossed a busy road notorious for both drag racing and pedestrian deaths. Her oldest son, a 5-year-old, survived.
A judge set bail Thursday at $2.5 million each for Akhmedov and the other driver, 30-year-old Ahmen Holloman of Philadelphia, on third-degree murder, vehicular homicide and other charges. Prosecutors argue that they are equally responsible, given the alleged street racing.

Yeah he seems to be quite the scumbag and definitely doesn’t look like a kid. That’s gonna be the worst decision the guy driving the Honda makes in his lifetime. Just goes to show you how stupid it is to street race even if you are a skilled driver. You don’t even have to be the one to make the mistake and your life is over for a race you were never going to win.
