I agree. :-). I have seen 11.95 @ 118 posted for the P31 stock, but you and I know that a lot of C63 runs at cayuga end up with 13 second slips.
I had it out a few weeks ago for laps, but had to run afterwards so didn’t stick around for the strip.
I’m going again tonight in the NSX instead - I wanted to take the C63 but need these tires to last until next week.
I may go next Wednesday to take a guy lapping with his 991S…then the drag strip perhaps…after that I’m not available till August. I’ll let you know what happens. Would be interesting to see your car run with the new JHM exhaust setup - I think it would be hard to catch you in the second half of the track.

ABC suspension is reserved for the SL, CL, and S body(s). The E55 (w211) comes with airmatic and there are a few strut kits out there to convert the airmatic out. The E55 group on MBWorld is a very active bunch with guys still bring various products to market. The models basically pan out like this; W211> W212…W211<W213. Using EuroCharged as a basis, the W211 with their Stage 2 package, output is 607hp/671tq , the W212 with the same package is 570hp/534tq, and finally the W213 with just a basic tune tops all with 675hp/705tq. For the money, it is hard to find a german muscle car that can compete against a staged E55 (hell, even a stock one will put a lot of cars in its rear view mirror) but be prepared, the little things will nickle and dime you to death (either by wasting your time having to fix or your money having to pay someone) and the gas mileage is terrible. With that said, I will never sell my Stage 2 S55 (ABC has gone out on me, the tandem pump is $1,200 cost and it still took 5 hours with an experienced tech helping), but full torque at 2000rpm is an unreal feeling.
I think it would be the other way around. The c63 is the one with the legs. Mine only traps 110 or so.
I’ve run against a bunch of C63 guys. Beat them all but one. He whooped my ass every time. He had street tires too. He was in the 12.4-112-114 range when I was stock and running high 12s. Doesn’t seem like much but that’s 3-5 car lengths if we react equally. That was an old one with a couple of mods.

It was the same race with Bear in the S4 and me in pop’s F430. I was trapping 122-123, but he would pull 2 lengths on me that I couldn’t make up. He was running 12.1 or 12.2 @ 114 if I remember right. I’ll find the vid.

I will likely bbe going with baadtoyz in the fall. He has a stage 1 supercharger kit on his car. Mistro generally likes to come and he has a full bolt on RS4. bangoman has tune and full exhaust. I have full exhaust (which apparently is quite quiet…was side by side with an S5 4.2 with exhaust and holy fuck was his car ever louder than mine!)
