I think the wing is limiting my top speed quite a bit, in reviewing the data. I might dial it back 5 degrees, from 16 to 11 or something. I have more than enough grip in the corners.

New M5 is in the running for god’s chariot replacement. I really like the seats. Black leather on black headliner is nice, and shrinks the cabin around you. Carbon roof is fantastic. Hood is high but not as bad as an SUV. Car is about $110k nicely equipped. A lot cooler than Model S or Model 3, or any MB/Porsche/Audi SUV or sedan.

I mean I like it, but even though I was a bmw fanboy I like the e63s a little more. Ever since the f10 the m5 has looked like a 7 series. I’m sure it’s fun, but like most people I miss the old lighter high revving naturally aspirAted bmw m’s. I’ve also heard a used f10 is a complete disaster out of warranty, which is why used ones can be had under 40k. Hopefully this gen is better.

650 hp from the normal v8tt and 700 for the hybrid 20 mire hp then the panamera equivalent. The Porsche does sprint to 60 in 3.2, so the hybrid will certainly be quick. I’m glad to see hybrid tech pushed further in performance applicAtions.
