You’d wonder why’d someone want a drone. Then you watch the video and just start thinking, why not have a drone. I’m not important enough to have lots of uses for it, but it’d be cool to play with for a few days.

I had a good laugh listening to this at work today. At the same time I couldn’t help but think how much differently I would have handled that call not to mention how pissed I would have been.

Saw this on the morning news - awful customer service. But as I understand it there often isn’t an alternative.

Yeah after thirty seconds I would have said “please escalate my call to a supervisor” and if that didn’t work I’d have said “bye”, hung up, and called back to speak to one of the 387 people doing that job.

No chance I’m going to spend 18 minutes with someone.

. Personally I don’t think the client retention guy was all that bad. The customer wouldn’t answer, which is fine but he was also deliberately being a difficult dick so he could be Internet famous.

“I decline to answer”. Clearly this is someone who has watched too many “am I being detained ? I know my rights” videos, and he thought he’d try it out on comcast instead of the police since he’s a pussy. He just looks and sounds like a pussy geek.

I think the same thing about these drones but I wonder what the hell I would use it for! It might be fun for a day or two.

That video is in West Palm Beach, 10min from me. Funny thing is the FAA fined him or something b/c the drone owner didn’t request or notify in advance…
