Maybe they just wanted to show the brand by showing a bottle with a label. Sometimes, showing a nondescript metal keg isn’t all that helpful to display the beer brand

You can show the logo a myriad of ways. i.e. a draft tap and a pint glass, which is what everyone else on earth does.
I don’t see why they’re so bad at math? Lots of places have special pricing on certain sizes. It’s not always a volume discount for the biggest or the worst price for the smallest. For example on this very site, we discussed 2 weeks ago how major restaurant chain Earl’s sells ‘sleeves’ on a cheaper price basis per ml of beer than the larger sizes.
