Yeah it has got to be loud and sound great. Just imagine if one of the bearings for those pulleys goes bad. Then it would probably be unbearably loud. It looks like the cam sprockets are adjustable so that the other gears can be installed/removed.

I think that Koenigsegg does the same thing with their engines.
