No sir, for a saltwater aquarium with LPS and SPS corals you need to run a super low nutrient setup, protein skimmer, low feeding/spot feeding, and weekly water changes adding calcium/alkalinity etc etc…
For my feeding schedule I kill the main pumps, turn down the circulation pump, and then add food/spot feed, with the system being super low nutrient, only takes about 20-30 mins for all of the corals to reach full extension, once I get home I’ll post some macro photo’s I have.
Aquarium owners smoke pot is what I was saying. It’s a gross generalisation rooted in observation. I have a few friends who have them and to a man they smoke pot. Not many of my friends do, but the aquarium guys all do. Then rich came on last year with some info on his, and that started making me wonder.
What I love is that although Saki admits he’s making a gross generalization, the fact remains that Ozcar admits to smoking and has an aquarium. Too funny.
