that was a week or two ago. They went to a dynojet facility in the seattle area and tested
that car ^^^ the stage 1.0 car. Intercooled, more boost, upgraded fuel pumps
and the stage 0.9 car. Basica kit, no cooling, stock fuelling.
They haven’t shared the information on either car.
This past Saturday, March 23, they took the car above to the Pacific Raceway in Washington. The car appeared to have lightweight wheels, full catless exhaust and jason@amd driving it. It was car #451 on Saturday.
Conditions? Perfection. Density Altitude -1500 !!!
So the stars were aligned for an EPIC result. Looking forward to hearing about it. If they’re pushing 15PSI as they hinted, they’re making upwards of 550 whp and that should spell incredible results.
lol no fault. Good to share the info. Hoping we hear from AMD soon on that quarter mile run.
Frankly, if I had an RS4 that made 200 whp more than my current one, I would be pretty comfortable predicting an 11.2 @ 127 in those conditions (sunny and DA -1500).
I don’t know what thread you are reading but pbir is down hill, pacific raceways is across the country and uphill, hence the reason its often called a slow track. But whatever, its cool to just blindly bash shops… Or not. :
Another troll post that would only result in needless arguing.
PBIR is not in Washington.
At Pacific, you literally have to hold the e-brake on launch to NOT roll backwards, I would call it slightly up hill. The track does not produce high track times in general.
You don’t even know what track we went to, you tried to say a track in Florida was the track we were going to across the country in Washington. Figure out what track we went to, then talk shit IMO.
