This is the type if things that makes and look bad yanno. I raced a car that went 12.0, so therefore I have an 11 second car. It doesn’t work like that. People aren’t directly calling them liars, but we would love to see one of these high hp cars with traps to back up the numbers. Just trying to explain, me, I don’t really care anymore. Ive hashed it out with tweets and a couple others, I choose to just focus on my own build. Like I said before, I would love to see some more fast s4’s out there. These cars have the ability to make some noise and lay down some times. IT’s just getting together the right combination of parts and driving to get it done. I want to see the video of this race, did I miss the link, I don’t see it. E55’s can be pretty nasty, I have a buddy who has one in the 10’s, with a pulley and a bunch of other stuff.
I totally get what you mean however I don’t think we will have any trouble getting timeslips out of s6atron…and I don’t think he extrapolated anything from the race…he was just giving us an idea of the caliber of the other car on the video. If it was a stock 55 which usually runs 12.9@111 and he won or it was a ten second car I would want to know for the sake of interest since cross platform videos don’t tell us much about our cars without that info.
His car has been together for all of two Weeks so its not like he has been dodging the dragstrip…and he was in Spain for a good part of the last month…just like you are/were.
I surely wasn’t singling him out as someone who is avoiding the drag strip. I’m not really familiar with his build even. But one thing is for sure, I look forward to seeing a fast as hell Tial car, I love seeing another fast s4 run numbers every time. I’m leaving for spain on tuesday, and will be back end of the month. I hope to get my slacking ass to the strip by the end of august, I got in wayyy too deep with changes over the off season. It’s ok, everything is turning out nicely since I am taking my time. I am going to go back and read the details on his build, I can’t imagine it shouldn’t be an 11 second car from what Ive read. I haven’t been on the forums much besides having to defend myself from trolls. I’ll be the first one to congratulate a fast amd/tial/epl car when It runs a number, I have always said this. I just posted because running another car that has run XX.XX@XXX.XX is a poor judge of performance with so many more variables in play on the street. I’m going to be looking forward to some results.

I have rs6r’s and a stock engine, I have decent intercoolers, decent exhaust, and JHM fueling and I am untuned. When I get tuned I am shooting for 128-131 in the quarter! I will run it at the track and I am sorry that I made you a little upset with the race comments, I also don’t know why I can’t upload the video.

Thanks a lot bro, much appreciated. Ah I see now, do you have a build thread? I actually really like what Ive seen from the RS6 turbos . Jason and crew seem to have their car dialed in pretty well with their RS6 turbos, so Im sure you’ll be able to trap in the high 120, low 130’s. I didnt get upset, it’s just that type of talk on audizine that usually leads to arguing, because it’s really just speculation. I know if I had run a 12.0 car and beat it in a clean and perfectly, Id be pretty damn sure I was driving an 11 second car, but I wouldnt use it as a reference point on the forums until I ran a number at least. Just to avoid anyone bringing up all the variables involved in such a race. I can tell that you are going to go out and run the car by the way you talk about it, I’m sure youll post the results regardless of what they are. I also expect some good numbers from the car, dont let us down man! 
Nothing like more fast S4’s out there running numbers at the track. I had a feeling that this year was going to be a year where a few s4’s are going to go out and crack some asses. I’m definitely looking forward to some results. What track do you use?
Just out of curiosity, where in spain did you visit?
Our wedding is at the W hotel in Barcelona next Saturday. Then we go tp Ibiza for 4 nights, one day in Formentera, then we fly down to Sevilla. Sevilla, Cordoba, Grenada, Malaga, Marbella, Gibraltar, then back to Seville for another night before flying to Barcelona and then back home. Ive been to Barca, Madrid and Mallorca before a few times, the rest of the cities, this will be my first time visiting them. Any info on any of these places would be great.
The yacht club in Barcelona is a great place to eat! The w is sick!!! Go see Goudis (sp???) park and buildings the are wild! We stayed in the catitdral area by the big market, very nice there. Try not to use the metros as barcelona is the highest pit pocketing city in the world! Keep street smart and try not to let your guard down! We went to Mallorca and Madrid as well, if your a good cycle rider rent a Harley and cruise the coast it is incredible!!!
Thanks a lot for the advice brother. This will be my fourth time in barcelona, and Ive always rode the metro with no problems thank god. Maybe I’m on my toes from growing up in NYC, or maybe just lucky. Ive seen the attractions in Barcelona before, but it will be my first time in the south of Spain. I plan to rent a Bike in Formentera, Ibiza and Maybe in the south for a couple days, but I’ll have a rental car as well. Thanks again for the advice, much appreciated!!
