Was pumped on my way home to catch a pic of the odometer, only to miss it and realize I missed it when I got home.

and Joe, and the weather, gave me some motivation to get out my GoPro and mic and shoot a short video. I had planned on doing more but found a cop at the next stop sign and had to cut the ride short.

Setup is 2.5in straight pipe back to stock mufflers with cutouts where the cats were.
Cutouts are opened at the second stop sign.

that’s hilarious. Cool effect being behind the wheel. Neat to see how much work the suspension is doing.

I just moved in two weeks ago. Plus it’s a rental, so I’m not too worried about it.

Yea I have the tune. I’m about to go wash the car and prep for some more vids. So maybe tonight or tomorrow I’ll have a better vid up.

The car looks good, I just wish I could run plateless on the front! Sadly I also missed my milestone of 65k two days ago. I got distracted dodging crazy cabbies at the moment and missed :-\

bit of a boggy launch, but I loved the 2-3 shift at 32 seconds.

to launch your B6 S4

  1. ESP off
  2. clutch in
  3. 1st gear (lol)
  4. rev to 3200 RPMs and hold there
  5. in one swift motion get right off the clutch and put your right foot to the floor
  6. shift at 6800 rpm or so (not imperative, but be careful you don’t rip through the rev limiter

If that still bogs, just up the RPMs a hundred or two hundred. If it spins too much, lower it a couple of hundred RPMs

Launches were done with LA. I’m not quite sure why it bogged so much, but I have a couple issues I’ll be looking into that will hopefully solve that.

LA is good for certain situations, but hot temps, big tires, rough surface can mean too much grip

Try launching it on your own and see how it goes.
