And after that it was 2 hands on the wheel the whole time because the roads were covered in slush which is always fun at high speeds when you’re lowered
Yeah I was a bit nervous in some spots especially when semi truck drivers pass you and cover your windshield in snow. They can plow right through the snow like nothing but 2-3 inches of a snow/ice cocktail on the ground in a lowered Audi with all seasons is extremely floaty and you don’t even feel like your actually in control with the car.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank everybody at JHM if you’re reading. Hanging out with them for the day made me respect them even more. They’re all cool guys and they work their asses off. They fed me, showed me every inch of both buildings and definitely showed their appreciation for my and all of our business with them. Best company every!
I feel you. I have been caught a few times with summers on in snow, in one instance I was driving 10mph through the storm that progressed so quickly being so cold the rubber became like a hockey puck. I slid 30 feet at 10mph into the back of a truck and fucked up my grill. The sad part is that the snow tires were sitting in my garage 5 min away…
Never again will I drive a car without snows in the winter. I cant go anywhere without them, but with them I can go anywhere!
JHM just took care of me with their Stage IV clutch, LW flywheel, and test pipes! I second your statement ^
I just bought some new bf Goodrich all terrain tires for my plow truck and ive been on the road all day today, went to Mississauga and back on pretty much ice roads and they slip very little. and they should be decent in the snow cuz theyre so knobby.
its funny I swear by snow tires on every vehicle except my plow truck lol.
