Anyone have a stock 09+ S6

I need the scans of the taillight module. After upgrading the Tailights for some reason or another i still can’t seem to get the taillights to act right. Once i get them to perform correctly I’ll document the work throughly to ensure anyone who is intrested in the Facelfit Upgrade of the rear can accomplish it. I’ve upgraded to the 09 Module and will have to solder and repin a few cables to make sure everything matches up correctly.

If anyone is good with electrical i need to figure out the difference between the wires in the C6 (05-08) and C6.5(2009-2011) and possibly the voltage to activate the different lights in the tail. Thanks!!

Sorry, 07 here with the 1st gen tail lights.

You might be able to get the info you need from any A6 with the 2nd gen tail lights. At least that opens up your pool of available people to help, since the S6 is kind of rare.

Well, rare everywhere else but on AudiRevolution :slight_smile:

Your best bet might to buy this: http://www.bentleypublishers.com/audi/repair-information/audi-a6-repair-manual-2005-2009-ebahn.html

That way you get the wiring diagrams to see where everything goes if you don’t have that information already.

v8a6 is right that you can also look into what the C6 A6 guys did to get this done since the lighting is very similar.

That is for the 2007 though, so it may or may not have the info you need.

You’re absolutely right anyone with the facelight a6 c6 can provide the information. I completely blanked when typing that.
