well a 1900 would be great. Now you’re talking. Picking up 100-150 whp is worthy of a stage III upgrade (although the market will have to evaluate the assured $12-15,000 pricetag)
yeah a 1900 would be a better choice imho as long as the motor can handle that much extra power, I wouldnt want to oversize out of the efficiecny range of the blower and into more parasitic draw though. So depending on how much the motor can handle there’ll be an ideal size.
thats an exceptionally good looking car then, I havent liken many B8 4 doors but that changes my mind
the avants look good.
the refresh will be nice to see. I really like the new headlights (I think I’m the only one though)
Orange seatbelts/ orange contrast stitching = win
I wouldn’t say no. Orange Tango FTW.
[Tango = Orange flavoured pop in the UK. Came with hilarious ad campaign in the 90’s : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YV8zGNe7Ebg]
I just want the 8300 redline…hummm what did they do to increase the power output to 8.3k?? maybe camshafts are different , which means they should fit in out cars!
intake tract revisions I believe, like the RS4 with the twin airboxes/mafs/tbs
I noticed that but i dont feel it it the main contributor to increased power levels. most likely ecu/camshaft/compression levels.
it’s all up top isn’t it? Torque is unchanged on the B8 i thought.
I think our car makes peak hp around 7600 RpM. The band is probably just pushed deeper to hit 450.

here’s the real widebody B8
allroad
I’m tempted to grab one, as they’re coming here in the summer (Canada…not sure about America). Would love one with a 2.0 tdi

Now this is how the RS4 should’ve looked.
just saw one at my local audi dealer the other day. Looks decent. Don’t like the stock wheels, don’t like the stock super monster truck ride height, don’t like the stock plastic fenders, don’t like the interior.
Otherwise, great!
lol
I really like our B8 A4 Avant. Going to keep it for a while longer rather than getting an AllRoad, having seen one in person now.
