The pics really don’t do the color justice. The color is so vibrant in person…
The DSG feels different than the B8 S4. It will still downshift automatically but it will bounce off the rev limiter if you don’t up shift.
I love the steering wheel. The car feels so much more planted than the B8 S4 (comparing stock to stock suspension).
Beautiful car! Would have bought one if I could have gotten stick or if I had bought a 6-speed S4… Had to settle for a Sepang TTRS ;D

Probably the last of the NA V8 Quattro car ever sold. Love it.
Awesome pics!! The car is looks amazing - really like those wheels as well. I’ve heard that about the DSG - it’s one of the things S4 owners want with a TCU tune.

There’s a track day next month I think…
There is less low end torque since it’s a NA but the car pulls hard after 3k rpm. And it keeps on going right up to 8500 rpm. The high red line is quite addicting… 
It definitely has a lot of presence too. I definitely get looks driving the car. I’m not driving an incognito silver sedan anymore…

I’ve heard great things about Turn2 events. I mainly do the Audi Club NW events but I do want to branch out eventually.
Hmm… We’ll see if I can make that event. The Ridge is a lot of fun!

ha I’m sure he’ll enjoy it as is for a wihle. That’s one thing I noticed when I sold my S4 and bought my RS4…I felt no compulsion to modify it. It’s already pretty awesome looking…it handles crazy good…and it is plenty quick for the real world. An RS5 would be like that and then some on all counts.
I think I’d hold off on any serious mods until the warranty expired. You basically have a 12.5 car (or better) bone stock - that would be good enough for me to enjoy for a while.
Yeah. The allure of the supercharger is definitely there. And I think I will do it at some point (lead me not to temptation for I can find it myself LOL).
But like saki said, these cars are so nice as is. I do however, need an exhaust (nudge, nudge, Arin@APR).
^^^do you have the sport exhaust? Or did you reckon you’d be upgrading anyway so you skipped it?
Turn2 is great, cool people and cool cars. The Ridge is bad ass.

What an awesome upgrade. Good for you. Care to maybe give some more feedback on the differences betseen the two csrs comming from a well established s4… not taking into account the 4 vs 2 doors is the rs5 leaving anything to be missed in the s4
I have seen that color in person… I thunk knowing what it looks like in person helps make up for what no camera can capulture… your right tho. Its more brinant in person
