5.2 MAF readings

Hello,

could anyone provide what MAF readings should say at idle, and around 3000 rpm? I currently have leaking injectors, and my fuel trims are around -10%. I will be replacing the injectors, but also want to check if my MAF readings are ok.

I dont know what they are designed to be, but if you like I can test next time im in my car, on idle, 2k, 3k,4k for measures to help you out a bit.

If you could do that it would be great. Also i think it would help others in the future. I’ll post my numbers too when I will get them soon.

640 RPM - 2.9g/s - 3.8 degree throttle valve
1960 RPM - 6.8g/s - 26.2 degree throttle valve
2960 RPM - 13.0g/s - 39.0 degree throttle valve

Are those an average of the two MAFs/throttle bodies or just the numbers from the 01-engine module in VCDS?

I did from 01 module only, can do 2nd aswell, but last I checked mine(not long ago), they were identical, <1% deviation.

The MAF reading can kinda be all over the board but it looks a bit low generally you see 5~ one good way is to get a WOT pull then post the values there.

At idle I have values between 1,5 and 2,1 g/s fluctuating up and down, with RPM moving up and down as well. I guess I have to search for a leak somewhere in the system. I suspect my Y plenum, as on the bank 2 there is a crack near one of the bolts.
