We know every single one of our customers in Europe and the UK that has installed the charger and accompanying APR software. We know none of them have removed the charger.
We have records of every car we flash with our software. We also require a unique code to flash the software, which comes uniquely with each supercharger system. We have one customers who grey marketed the kit into the UK. He has not installed software as his code was not used.
If this is the customer of which you speak, he has not installed our software.
