Thanks again for all the support fellas!!! Especially 91gl, saki, the guys at JHM!!, and the many others that have made leaps and bounds with the 4.2V8 platform. If it wasn’t for me seeing how far these cars can go, I’m not sure I would have ever began modding it.

Aren’t there supercharged B7s out there? I think it’s funny that the people that suck at driving won’t go to the track, because the 1/4 mile will really show how shitty you are. I’m gonna break some more records so stay tuned.

Haha, not sure yet, I am seperating from the Marine Corps in a month, then I have a semester of school to finish. I’m hoping to land a job pretty quick and be supercharged within the next 6 months. My short term goal is just the LWFW and clutch, I also want to gasket match my head, which I didn’t do when I put my IM on. I think that should get me in the 12.7s. But it’s about to get real hot and humid down here in NC, so it may be a while until I get some more runs in. There is no point IMHO if it’s 95 degrees and 80% humidity to run at the track.

and the same track, I’d like to think if I had the LWFW and clutch I’d get into the 12.7s, guess we will just have to see. If I would have cut a 1.73 60ft like Ryan, vice my 1.78 it would have been nice to top him, and I would have been real close to 12.7X. But Ryan is a good dude and I’m happy it’s him right ahead of me. I may have to get back out there if I get one more cool night though, I would be very proud to be right on jaybquick’s heels!
its pretty much 1 for 1 on these cars (60 foot gains vs. 1/4 ET gains) so it would help for sure, but 12.7 will need more power in all likelihood.
good job guys…good to see B6/7 guys pushing the boundaries. Used to be we had nobody in the 12s…then it was just JHM…then it was just cabracco as far as customers…now there’s a dozen or so, with about half a dozen doing so ALL MOTOR

when I went 12.81 last week in the RS4 (and realised it was the fastest stock Rs4 time ever) I did the same
when I went 12.79, then 12.77 then 12.75 the same day just kept saying ‘what the fuck’ quietly. It was pretty funny. Had it on video.
I liked Keith @ APR’s little in-car dance/screamfest when he got the 11.9 second S5 timeslip. Just out of control giddy.

Jaybquick @ JHM’s WOOO! when he went 10.8 a couple of months ago was much stronger. He didn’t even need to see the slip…he did it right after the 1320 mark after a deep breath.
