Like the tubing as its probably more heat resistant to most other materials… I would still wrap it… Way overpriced and late to market IMO… Not trying to hate on ec either… Discuss…
So cutting the awe intake price almost in half, for basically the same product, is deemed over priced?
And you think predicating your statement with a “not trying to hate on ecode either” statement washes you of all impartiality?
Intakes are by design to be high volume money makers for tuners. Every person with a car can install this and have some DIY satisfaction. Ecode is merely trying to make a nut on this fact.
Under $200 to my house, made in America, and provides some butt dyno gains for the entry level modder. Sounds like a winning formula to me.
No, all the intakes are overpriced IMO… Some more than others… It’s a silicone hose and filter… Honestly, could care less how you see my statement about eurocode… I meant it I wasn’t hating on them, take it for what you will… So the hose and filter are made in the us, eh… By who? Not eurocode… This will flow worse than the roc euro or USP… Not sure about your point on DIY satisfaction as all the intake installs are similar… Winning formula just like the header dynos? Now I’m hating…
Lol… Don’t take it personally :P. I will agree pricing is better than others no doubt… Now honestly do you think they “make” these or assemble them? Fine with capitalism… What do you think these cost them? I still believe there overpriced so if that’s hating I’m a hater…
Yes, sourced in the us would be more accurate… By the way no dyno to support the results or did I miss it? Surprising… How about some air mass readings or iat deltas over stock… None of that would be relevant now would it? Probably over our heads… Too be fair none of the others did that either…
I once was pm’d by some az member asking for an apology because I insinuated they were an idiot by posting a dumb and dumber clip (landing on the moon), quoting their (in classic az fashion) retarded question/statement. Some people need to ate away from the Internet.
Their website has some verbal dyno gains, including mileage increases, but that’s it.
