To be fair, the jury is still out on whether I’m clueless and uneducated or not, but he didn’t mention REVO as being tiny, you did.
REVO may have been physically small in terms of infrastructure, but they arent ASP or JFonz. They used resources to great effect - consider they had a successful dealer flashing network set up within months, while APR was still scratching their heads and losing sales to REVO. It was pretty vicious on the forums for a reason.
Gary was not a technical genius when it came to motors (ask him about brakes lol), but he must have been very results-driven, with overachieving staff, to get REVO in the position they were in for the B8 S4, and the subsequent sale to Stasis. I hope he’s doing ok now, he was pretty set on never leaving LA or California, I’d suspect that had something to do with him leaving.
