I did some looking but no avail. I did hear a company was going to produce some in aluminum, is this rumor true? if not , whats some other ideas to this issue? ???
gruven parts makes billet arms for the timing belt 4.2s and you can replace the vac pods with an oem part from lamborghini (surprisingly cheap)… not sure any of this applies to the RS4 though, got a picture?

In number “4” you can kinda see it but you will know what it does.
Unfortunately, nobody makes a replacement for those…manifold replacement or a “custom” repair are your options.
By “custom”, JB weld, super glue, duct tape, building a splint for the broken piece, etc. ;D
It is a really bad situation since a new manifold is about $1600. Be great is someone would build a replacement. There is a new project for BenSTi

Before doing a CC, I bought a spare manifold with the assumption I’d break mine. LOL. In any case, I ended up buying a P&P manifold for about the same price as others were selling their used stock manifolds with the intent of potentially selling my stocker. At this point I might just keep it as a spare. Did you snap yours during IM r/r?
034 Motorsports has made a prototype on the FDM printer and is putting it in manufacturing. JHM will be selling it for them. Many of these have broken over the past few years, crap material stock. I had one broken by the dealer that was doing a carbon clean, snapped it when trying to pull the IM. Guy who did my PnP tried to JB Weld it, it last about an hour on my car, snapped. So wouldn’t recommend trying to fix like that. Last I heard from Christian @ 034 just last week, he said a few weeks out. I wanted to oder 5 sets from him on teh spot, but he said they have some arrangement with JHM to let them sell these. have no idea on cost.
Mine is fine, no issues but I have a second manifold with broken ones. I want to fix it.

Because i have one manifold with a broken one, one manifold on my car with plastic ones. Retrofit before they break. And I have a few friends up here who want as well. I take care of my buddies. Hope you didn’t spend more than 6 hours trying to figure out why I wanted more than one. But seeing as you have time to roam around my vacation pics for hours on end, I guess you have nothing else to do.
BTW nobody sees anything wrong with someone spending hours roaming around my personal pics to “stalk” me online?

Also my favorite thing to do is to post something here to take you off the streets for 9 days because you have to go do your investigation, character assassination, search all forums to post up out of context quotes. 2 reasons your recent, and 2011 times aren’t on the list:
- you haven’t posted the timeslip for the 12.43 or whatever it was, nor have you posted the timeslip for the 13.0 @ 111 or whatever that was last year
- you said you didn’t want me to add you to the list last year, and you said again that you weren’t going to post the timeslip so that I couldn’t add you to the list this year. Fine by me…you already rushed to add it to dragtimes, so people know that the time is out there, and that’s all that matters really.
So your time will stay off the list until those things change. Anything else we can do to satisfy your quest for attention?
