They are on sale and I want them, when I drive to and from places and open the hood the intake manifold is very hot and stays hot for a while. I can’t imagine this is good for power.
Anyone running them? Noticable?
The JHM spacers work great across all the platforms. The 3.0 iznt going to be any different. They do take out tons of heat and help keep the intake charge cool. A big help and on the 3.0 knowing its so down on power im going to a a real big help.

I have them on my mother’s car. They make a dramatic difference! A few weeks ago she had me check the engine oil after driving around town and shopping. I touched the intake manifold and it was almost ice cold like the air. Remember the 3.0 intake manifolds are one piece plastic units so if you give them an additional heat barrier from the cylinder heads then they stay very cool.
You sure they are plastic? It feels like aluminum…
The IM is most definitely plastic…
