Jason - Good re-read your posts in this thread. You jump from one topic to the next, like some teenager on adderall, and throw around a bunch of wild accusations with zero proof of anything you’re saying. If you wonder why everyone here thinks you and your company are a joke, you don’t have to look any further than this thread.
I used to have some respect for AMD/Aviva for having the balls to answer questions about their kit and actually get to the track and produce a set of performance numbers.
I don’t think I’d ever trust my car with a company with an owner that acts like this on public forums, regardless of how good their products are.
It’s interesting to compare that to the good natured relationship that JHM/APR have with each other, even though they are competitors.
They also have people like Arin@APR and Jake@JHM who can carry out a level headed conversation, regardless of the questions that people ask… not an owner who seems to say more hole digging random shit than rob ford.
The best part is in the spring Jason starting sending me a barrage of PMs accusing me of covering something up for JHM (because I control the media, I guess? lol), just like today he did the same thing.
I had said online JHM beat the shit out of Dan’s blue car, supercharged it, and then pulled the engine to do 2 things
find the weaknesses and see what got hurt if anything
prepare it to be sent off to JHM’s motor builder, which they did and it will be coming back ready for monster power
JasonAMD sent me an angry raging PM saying that JHM blew the motor and I know it and that’s why they pulled the motor. I guess since he uses customer cars to test products on, the concept of doing a motor teardown is foreign to him. Customers need their cars back to go to work after all. But ironic that again the hearsay grapevine game of ‘blown motor’ b.s. again showed up. (recurring theme???!!! lol)
When we see threads on quattrofail, the haven for AMD lovers, where jason and loads of his army of 5 customers make excuses for him not answering the phone etc because he’s so busy (this is a really GREAT read…guys make some pretty fucking funny excuses for his shitty service)…we hear that Jason is so busy he has no time to even talk to customers attempting to bring him new business. Turns out he DOES however have time to play games and attack respected companies online. http://forums.quattroworld.com/s4/msgs/190524.phtml
IT’s fun to watch AMD kiss APR’s ass in this thread, after he totally SHIT ALL OVER ARIN/APR on quattrofail for the past 2 years.
Would be nice to hear from the car owner himself. Not sure if he has signed up here.
As I mentioned earlier, AMD and tweets are playing a game of telephone. Tweets also claimed to have spoken to Kevin. JasonAMD claimed the ‘source’ was close to Kevin.
If that’s the case, why is tweets claiming he heard rumours from dealership staff? Are these the ‘sources close to the owner’? Also, why is tweets bringing a 12 year old Audi S6 to a dealership for anything, when they have their own shop?
When you really look at what Tweets said, he’s pretty obviously fishing for information.
Then we see him post this:
I would bet a Coke he hasn’t spoken to Kevin at all. That would be pretty damaging to Tweets’ credibility, because he is very clearly intimating that he has this information first-hand. I wonder if JasonAMD knows that Tweets just played a gamble (and lost) and JasonAMD made himself look like a fool by trusting Reid’s ragged story?
As I said, it would be nice to hear from the car owner Kevin.
LOL. Best post-lunch read ever. Jason’s antics never disappoint. Unfortunately he will probably stop posting before Kevin comes on here and/or posts a video of his car.
I’m sure it’s not fun having the slowest rs4 s/c kit but have some dignity and don’t resort to making things up. You’re grasping at straws.
Tweets man… so much potential, too bad you’ve ended up as a misinformed internet troll. ???
I dug up some valuable information to add some depth and science to the thread.
If we have to explain this to you, then you’re in the wrong business.
Quite frankly you are scary. But certainly the words of a man whose customer I would NEVER want to be. I wonder how you treat unhappy punters.
Which one, tweest?
Anyway, did you AMD tossers actually forget who made the APR 1320 kit achieve its full potential.
I actually gave you +1 karma bump and I suggest others do the same. I want you to keep your posting privileges so you can keep digging this big giant hole for yourself. Really!
If they were so shit, why did APR use a JHM clutch? But seriously keep posting, it’s fun to watch!
This post alone shows how foolish a guy like Jason is. Jason is a nobody in the Audi scene…he was basically known for dodging the 1/4mile and blowing motors of idiot brainwashed customers. Then he teams up with a guy who seems to be pretty talented at designing hardware…but they continue with more failed attempts at tuning with EPL and they find another guy who can tune a little better. Then they crank up the boost and throw a hailmary to make a name for themselves in the B7 RS4 platform. Now they are #3, but still nobodies…they have like 4 people running their kit on beta version tunes at best.
Now what can AMD do…attack JHM, the single company that has truly given two shits about the platform. Then go after their calibrator…a guy who doesn’t struggle like Jason to be well known in the Audi scene. Fuck he could probably care less because he is known across the Domestic world which is a million times as big as the scene Jason wishes he was a part of.
To put icing on the cake…this fool compliments APR who has had a great relationship with the company he just bashed 3 fucking lines up. APR who ran a JHM CLUTCH…but they have low quality products, right…APR, who reached out to CV to help with the 1320 kit which was successful mainly due to his fucking tuning…but others think his tunes are aggressive.
Little fucking weasels…just go away, you have more mouth than sense and honestly probably wouldn’t say a damn word to any of us in person, but attempt this internet crusades against a companies loyal customers.
