Since this is an moderated forum which you read daily…
Do I have your attention now?
I don’t get it. Is this a troll thread?
Auto correcting here.
I wish it was another troll thread. It has come to my attention that this has happened which was quickly deleted (Bucketracing = Jeremy@034).

Without my consent.
I have tried for 24 hours through emails/phone calls to find out how something so careless could happen with 0 response.
The individual/company that purchased this vehicle. You need to get in contact with me asap.
Wow.
OK, I am trying to piece things together from the cryptic posts that you are making.
You have a Bill of Sale for, I am assuming, the car pictured. Date on the Bill of Sale is not shown.
From the address on the Bill of Sale and your screen name, I will assume you are with Ina Engineering.
So, at some point you purchased the car from 034, but it looks like it is going to a new buyer.
Did you transfer the car into your name? What is the date on the Bill of Sale?
I’m trying to figure this one out as well. Did they sell it from under you or what’s going on here?
I am wondering if using this forum is the correct way to get the attention of 034 Motorsports or Javad Shadzi.
If you have a story to tell, then tell it.
If you are just going to post pics and and a cryptic message to threaten 034, then I am thinking that AudiRevolution is not the tool to be used.
From what i understand, INA “loaned” the rolling chassis to 034 to build the time attack car. Now, over 7 years later, the car was stripped out and the rolling chassis was to be returned because Issam has always owned the it (title was never transferred).
There is some confusion about whether or not a deal was struck between Javad and Issam in the past 7 years over who should be the rightful owner at this point. But the fact remains that Issam still has the title in his name.
Apparently Issam @ INA owns the car and has the title for it in his office. He let 034 use the rolling chassis for their racecar, expecting it to be returned. He saw on IG that it had sold today and has been trying to contact 034 but was completely ignored (supposedly).
The above is what I gathered from a thread on FB. Doesn’t make any sense to me; not that I care anyway.
Isn’t Ina in Canada?
Yes, Ottawa, as is listed on the Bill of Sale
Yes, the car was supposed to be returned to the state in which it originated. Which in this case was Oregon.
I can understand INA being upset if they see a car they believe is owned by them, being sold to someone else. But, when there is obviously at least a business relationship between INA and 034, wouldnt it make sense to wait longer than a day to get in touch with them, before posting this on the public forums? Maybe there was some misunderstanding?
Seems unprofessional to me. I wouldn’t be putting my company name on a post like OP’s.
Weird thread is weird.
I’m just wondering whether or not to make a joke about what the value of a ragged 15 year old a4 chassis could possibly be…
More than the worth of 034 Motorsports and INA Engineerings reputation combined?
LOL
Unprofessional like finding out your property which you have asked to be returned (even after its been posted for sale) has been sold via social media?
I should not have to give someone 24 hours to respond. They know what they did / were doing…5 minutes is all that is needed to pick up a phone.
This thread and the FB threads have served there purpose.

Javad has reached out to resolve this hopefully amicably.
Glad to hear you got it sorted. And in the process you have tarnished the reputation of both INA Engineering and 034 Motorsports.
If you can’t understand why the way you handled the situation was unprofessional, then there is really nothing more I can say to you.

Exactly. Companies publicly posting (or more accurately “paging”) dirty laundry for the public to see?
Very interesting. And confusing. ???

You’d be surprised at how effective of a FU the silent treatment can be. Just look at how APR has handled things.
That being said, I have a question for Javad@034.
Is the following email from 5/21/14 true? If so, where are my mounts?
[quote=Doug@APR]I placed an order weeks ago for the 034 engine and transmission mounts, as per our discussions and your discussions with Johnny. They are still back ordered, but the moment they are available, they will ship to you.
