Meguiars dry towel = essential; the best 15 bucks you’ll ever spend

When I saw the topic I was really expecting to look to the right and see…fastaudiwagon…lol
lol…right then…attn owners of black cars…get the dry towel to get rid of the water marks that are quite apparent on black cars but don’t show up on say silver or white cars…
What dry towel? Are you talking about the Meguiar’s Water Magnet?
Any waffle microfiber will do. I get mine from chemical guys.
How do you guys deal with all the pollen and dust buildup? I want to hose it off but I know it’ll leave a nasty residue unless I do a full wash.
You just have to deal with the tree pollen this time of year. If you want to get it off you have to wash it because the second you get that stuff wet it turns into more of a sticky dirt substance. So a proper full wash is the only way
Yeah, its a bit of a pain. The wax is like a pollen magnet.
On the flip side, it lets you see how many people have brushed against your car when you park somewhere.

How does everyone feel about qd’s. I might use it too much but find it very useful for quick cleans without needing to do a full soap n water wash / dry
