It’s for secondary air injection ports only though, not for carbon on valves… Just emissions related crap.
My tech said they are instructed to use a power washer. Think someone on Az had it done already.
We are seeing carbon on valves though.

Think this guy had 60k miles.
Will have my tech check out mine when he has the manifold etc off for the breather hose update. Also having the updated thermostat put in. At 52k miles now.

but the SAI carbon is a real pain in the ass to get to isn’t it?
Now they use the water injection so it isn’t that bad. Before they had to remove the engine and manually clean out the ports. Audi is extending the warranty on everything engine related now it seems.

Yea this is my car, its no where a bad as the rs4 guys, but still has buildup.
