Anyone know if stock audi rs6 c5 front rotors and calipers will fit on to a 2000 audi a6 4.2l v8

That is an interesting question. Can’t answer but I can offer A6 data, maybe it will help?

12.6 - 321mm X 30mm
Rear
10.1- 256mm X 22
I did JHM light weight rotors on my A6. I needed to space out the caliper to make them work. (not a direct plug and play) Those were not bigger they were just lighter.
For me it was a case of performance over cosmetics so, I got the lightweight rotors.
Yes, they bolt right up, did this on my 2.7t A6 with HP2 calipers, same as the V8 uses

Also an az member us trying to tell me I will need a complete rs6 abs module to run the rs6 rotors and calipers.

When you upgrade to the bigger front calipers, whether it be the RS6 or the 17z/18z Brembos (like I have on my S6) it would be nice to upgrade to the RS6 master cylinder, since you are pumping more fluid. I bought one for my upgrade, but the shop found it was defective once installed, and replaced the stock S6 one. Brakes work fine with the stock.
As far as upgrading to the RS6 abs module, I have NEVER heard that one before, and I have done a lot of research on the subject. I have a couple of the W8 ABS modules that I purchased for an RS6 6speed swap that never happened, if you want to buy one. Apparently, they are one of the few modules that can be reprogramed for the 6speed in the RS6. But I really dont see a reason why you would need one.
BTW, I also went the same route as CV with the JHM lightweight rotors. I paired them up with 18z calipers from a Porsche Cayenne. There was some rubbing of the rotor against the control arms at first. The shop had to grind the control arms down a tiny bit for extra clearance. Apparently, this is not uncommon with aftermarket BBKs.

321mm * 1"/ 25.4 mm = 12.6"

Ok so today i picked up some rs6 interior goodies…full alacantra interior and black leather door cards with cream inserts. along with all rs6 seats, front and rear.
all for $500 from a part out thats going on by me. guys selling the complete runing engine with cf covers, turbos, ecu, everything for 3,500! Im really tempted!
