I am looking to piece a kit together that does/has the following:
Dedicated Audio recorder that runs on batteries and is of decent quality (not pro but not crap)
Ability to record from two mics, both plugged into the above recording device
Come with wind socks / fuzzy cats etc.
Why?
GoPro audio sucks and I want to put one mic in the engine bay and one tapped to the back bumper by the exhaust.
From what I found two lavilar (spelling) mics might work, just need ones with really long cables, and windsocks on them.
I’m at a loss when it comes to the recording device.
