1/4 tank of gas this time versus 3/4 the last time, same “E38” E85/93 octane mix on GIAC RACE file, NO weight reduction. D/A was slightly worse than the last, and track prep/grip got worse as the night went on spinning 1st and 2nd gears. Temps got down into the high 50’s, so the track prep didn’t give me the opportunity to take advantage of the colder air (it was approx. 66F when I ran the record time).

Congrats. Impressive!

Loe, Awesome job man! Love how you keep going back and improving and you’re running really great times given your setup! Very impressed! Look forward to more and thanks for sharing!

Thanks! I hope better times will come with more practice.

I tried to attempt your launch method (left foot / right foot), but I’m not sure if I’m doing it correctly. When I did it in the burnout area; the revs shot to approx 4000rpm quickly while the car started to aggressively launch; launched very hard i might add. But once I got to the to staging, the car lagged and resulted in a 2.4 60ft time. I want to practice more with it as it felt more effective than using LC.

Cliff notes:
a: left foot / right foot trick = car launches while rpm jumps to 4,000 rpm when brake is let off quickly at the same time gas is stomped.

b: using LC = car revs to 4,000 rpm, car dumps clutches, and then the car accelerates.

Okay so my time improved again tonight…details soon

Nice to hear the 11.6 was a good time to start with
