One of my favorite distilleries and their semi-budget whiskey (~$40). Their rye and barrel proof is where they really shine though.

Picked this up last weekend at the Willet distillery. Really enjoyed it thus far and very impressed with how it opens up after leaving it out for a half hour or so.
