Yes, the calipers for the C5 RS6, B7 RS4, B8/B8.5 RS5, R8 V8 & V10 non ceramic are all the same. C5 RS6, R8, and RS5 B8 & B8.5 can all interchange the front rotors. B7 RS4 has a different offset. RS5 rear rotors are definitely a different offset from the C5 RS6 rears, and the RS5 are 5mm smaller diameter. Not sure if the rear R8 or B7 RS4’s are similar or not.
The Brembos are Alumimum calipers, definitely not steel, otherwise they’d weigh a ton.

Being in the UK, I’d take a hard look at Reyland. Quality rotors and made in the UK so no import taxes.
Now if you want to spend big bucks, we can set you up with a CCB conversion using your stock calipers. But you’re looking at around $7K a set these days.

Add the TTRS and RS3 as two other cars which use the 8-piston caliper. I haven’t seen the 2022 RS3 iron rotor setup yet but the CCB option uses the Brembo 19Z, same as the RS5/R8 CCB setup.
