Brake master cylinder - anything else to do while the shop is replacing it?

Had a fluid leak and it turns out it’s the master cylinder.

Is there anything else I should have them do at the same time?

I suggest flushing your brake fluid every two years and since your master cyl. is being replaced…I’d flush the fluid. Perhaps have the shop inspect front and rear brake pad wear as well.
If brake fluid was leaking out the rear of the master cylinder assembly, then what did the brake fluid come into contact with? anything rubber, but not made of EPDM rubber, will be damaged, and painted surfaces will be damaged as well.
