Apex, I am by no means a brake expert… I talked to folks who sold both, some who sold stoptech only and some who sold brembo only… seems the consensus was brembo… calipers were always mentioned and seems the brembo monobloc design is better… more clamping force and a larger contact area is what I was told… rotors were supposedly better as well… I have also ran brembos on my mustang for about 10 years with no issues… when I got a price that I couldn’t pass on I went for them… honestly had planned a 355 kit for the extra weight savings but I like these… lol

You know I was likely going to go black, but red was available (it’s a used set like I said), and now I liek it a lot. Agreed on the silver with red writing, if I ever re-paint since mine came pre-chipped, lol. However, proper painting that will actually last seems like more trouble than it’s worth.
I’d remove those APR stickers anyway, the tard that put them on put them on the face of the hats where your wheels will mount, so it’s not like anyone will see them, and it could affect mounting.

on the note of SS lines, I’m trying to source rs5 SS brake lines, they’re different than all the other rs brakes. i don’t feel like waiting, i wanna do the lines when i get the rotors in the next week or so

what happened…did the Brembo kit sell?
havent been on here in a few days. i should be getting my rear rotors next week according to Dan. once i put a few miles on them and their are no issues, they’ll start selling them full force. i was able to sell the RS5 brakes the same day so all in all everything worked out great in the end
